I. Approval of capital contribution:

– Capital contribution value: 90,000.0 shares corresponding to contributed capital: VND 900,000,000 (Nine hundred million VND), equivalent to 30% of the charter capital of IDS Investment Services Joint Stock Company

– Capital contribution implementation time: Completed before May 30, 2025.
