At 15:00, on July 07th, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company held a meeting on the selection of an auditor for the Company’s 2026 financial statements. After discussion and consideration, the Board of Directors decided to select an auditor for the financial statements for 2026:

– Name of the selected audit unit: AASC Auditing Firm Company Limited Branch

– Scope of audit: Review the financial statements for the reporting period from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 and the financial statements ending December 31, 2026, including the parent company’s consolidated financial statements, published in both Vietnamese and English.
