After the results from the Annual General Meeting of 2020, on April 1, 2020 the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of Song Da 505 Joint Stock Company held the first meeting, the results are as follows:

1. Approving the election of Chairman and Vice Chairman of Song Da 505 Joint Stock Company for the term of 2020 ÷ 2025:

– Mr. Dang Tat Thanh – holds the position of Chairman of the BOD

– Mr. Dang Quang Dat – Vice Chairman of the BOD

2. Approval of re-appointment of the Board of Directors and Chief Accountant of Song Da 505 Joint Stock Company:

– Mr. Dang Quang Dat – holds the position of Managing Director

– Mr. Tran Thai Binh – holds the position of Deputy Director

– Mr. Nguyen Dinh Phuong – holds the position of Deputy Director

– Mr. Vu Son Thuy – holds the position of Chief Accountant
