Results of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
At 8:30 a.m. on March 26, 2025, Song Da 505 Joint Stock Company held the 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders. After a period of working with a spirit of urgency and democratic concentration, the Congress approved the contents submitted by the Board of Directors to the Congress with a high approval rate, along with the election of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for the 2025-2030 term.
